I’ve been hearing a lot of that line recently, let me fill you in.

This is, oh i’m sorry, WAS a punching bag (proud). Yours’ truly pulverized this thing with just punches and kicks (honoured). The guys from AIBI came and replaced it, and they said and I quote :”first time i ever saw this thing break, power.” HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (COCKY).

“EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE” Some of you might be thinking, I agree, eeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Because I have nothing to do during the holidays, I took up bowling, just for fun, to bowl properly, VERY VERY STYLE.

Due to my constant fear of dropping the ball or flinging the ball backwards and hitting my mom in the face (its possible, no joke), I gripped too hard. Somehow, pressure gathered on my thumb, blood SQUEEZED to that area, EXPLOSION!!!!

Nah there was no explosion, just a blister, aniticlimatic

Then my coach said:” first time i see someone get blister on first lesson of bowling, stupid.” HAHAHAHA….Of course, he said it in a serious but jokingly manner Or not I would’ve sued him.

Last one was buying of clothes. I ordered 9 clothes from my friend, ROHINI, and I met her supplier, who is her tuition teacher. And there he said :”first time someone bought 9 clothes one shot from me “

HEY, if I bought 1, its $20, and its those “the more you buy, the less you pay” stuff. So with 9, it was $15 each, yess…i know….it adds up to….where’s my calculator…..umm $135 in total. BUT I NEEDED CLOTHES, AND $15 FOR ONE ISN’T BAD OKAY?! AND THEY’RE GONNA LAST ME FOR A FEW YEARS OK! Unlike girls, buy so much stuff only to wear them once and leave them lying at home (stereotypical sexist )

Will be leaving for Switzerland soon, land of neutrality or peace, GENEVA something…wow i’m really shallow…

I don’t wanna go really, I don’t wanna leave the missus alone here, I worry about her all the time, she’s like a kid who needs constant protection haha…please take care of yourself——-

Now, when I take public transport, waiting for someone or have nothing to do, I would read quotes from my quotes app Its nice to gain a little wisdom about life SO! I shall end this off with a quote, like how most people end off a speech, its almost cliche~

I had to get out of the house today, to somewhere I can feel at peace. So I took a bus to West Coast park, I’ve always thought the name dosen’t justify the emotions that place gives me. Whenever I recommend it to people who want to jump off a building, it feels as if its not strong enough. If it were named something like sanctuary park, yeah I would like that.

So I went there, leaving my phone at home, all I had were the clothes I were wearing and my wallet, had to travel.

I needed a break from society, the constant push to do better than others, to be successful in life.

If you’ve been a loyal reader, you would know I go to this particular spot where i see the ocean, dead leaves falling from the trees overhead as those alive gently brush against each other creating this wonderful sound.

I sat there, looking at the sea, all the small boats, yachts, cargo ships, and all the funny metal stuff. I wished it was all gone, just me looking at the sea and that would be it.

Still that place had this aura that soothed me, allowing me to forget my problems even if only temporarily.

Some distance away I heard crying, I looked to see a young girl sobbing on the ground, two boys walking back to help her. This boy, not more than 8 years old, piggybacked her while the younger brother pulled the scooters they were on.

For some reason I really admired the boys, they were so calm even when their little sister fell down. Two possibilities, they knew that they had to be composed to calm their sister down, or they were just: eh she fell down, lets pick her up. Nonetheless, I would’ve panicked at that age, I was really a kid then.

No particular reason why I wrote that, just what I saw.

And before that I drank two cans of red bull (puked it out afterwards) because I couldn’t get hold of alcohol, nah i’m kidding, I hate beer, but sure its good for when you feel down cause it taste like crap, makes you forget about how bitter your problem is, knocks you out and feel absolutely horrible the next day when a hangover kicks in, how wonderful.

I love quiet and peace, I hate crowds and unnecessary noise, really really hate it.

I like to think how I would hold my wife’s hand as we walk, where I can show her my ‘turf’. And later on I’ll be holding my kid’s hand, wanting him/her to love peace and quiet too.

Eventually I left the park, it was infested with people. Can’t blame them, its a public place. But I like it when its a work/school day and no one would go there, where the entire park is mine, with no one else in the world, its called introverted.

Returned to the real world, where people lie, cheat and steal, yeah no one is perfect, where buses and cars pollute our environment, where juvenile delinquents group together and cause trouble for fun, Piles of homework and studying waiting for me at home, constant pressure to do better.

*sigh* this is life.

I sound like an emo kid. *sighhhh*

I’ve been playing for so long. Neglecting studies since I was a kid, not handing in homework just to play, managed to get 241 because I was so called ‘smart’ in primary school. Once I embarked on my journey in my blue uniform, I’ve been playing, joking around, enjoying puberty , wasting time. Nonetheless, these 3.5 years have been fun.

Now for the final lap in my life where I study from 9 to 5, stuck in my room, drowning myself in paper (the amount of paper i’ve used over the years, worksheets, tests, could’ve been left as trees to cool down the earth by 1degree).

I still find it ridiculous that a pen, pencil, eraser, paper, ten years series haha, could determine my future, but that’s how the world works.

I just had my english oral, my throat was dry, kept coughing in front of the examiners, and they offered me a water bottle, how awesome am I? I sound like a loser, happy over things like this…

It could be some time till I write something on this deserted url space. Hardly anyone reads it anymore, its just a place I can scribble when I feel like it. Can’t believe I used to get 200 views a day….now its like, 2.

Seeing couples looking into each others’ eyes, wishing time would stop, you may believe it. But many or almost all after a few years, when they kiss, gives the impression that it is just an action, long gone the passion from before, never to be found.

At first comes the magnetic force between two hearts, attraction, connection, but time wears that same force, eroding, and what remains could only probably be respect and trust. Is that still love?

Many remain together for the sake of their child, just as parents, not lovers. It is no question why many men and women stray, because the chemistry has long gone, binded only by responsibility, not choice.

Finding their other half, to feel whole, complete, is everyone’s desire, yet many cannot.

For some reason I came across my former tuition teacher’s facebook page, and got news that she was blogging again (apparently she shut down her blog to prevent students from digging up her past, she’s a teacher now =) ).

So I went to her blog. Thing is, she’s an ENGLISH teacher, of course her writing has to be superb.

I read all the posts on her blog (11 posts), it was amazing.

Words have never hit me so hard before. I’ve been reading books…

1. Motivational books (Donald Trump, Anthony Robins), I need motivation.

2. Nicholas sparks (his website is nicholassparks.com, notice “nichol ass parks”, HAHA, i’m so immature)

3.Chinese books, all the life philosophies stuff

1 and 2 are just stories and words to me, I hardly remember them, 3 needless to say almost nothing.

But her blog is Awesome (I need to expand my vocabulary…).

The way she writes, the chimness, or maybe its just that I know her personally, those words were….undescribable.

So i go ALL THE WAY BACK to SEPTEMBER 1, 2008.

From my first post (wow what a stupid intro), all the way to “I’m awesome”, I read all of it, mostly scanned through.

At first I made the effort to use the blog as an avenue to write better english, talk about my thoughts, share philosophies so and so…slowly, it turned from english, to rubbish.

Occasionally I would put in some decent writing, but mostly I write about how much I hate certain people, PMSing, lovesick, how I wasted my time blah blah blah…..

PURE IMMATURITY AND STUPIDITY.

I’ve said mean and brainless stuff here, and I’m sorry. Crap is what I’ve written on my blog.

So from today onwards, I wanna change the way I write for I have typed empty words for so long.

There will be less F**K and B**CH here, less hate stuff.

So as the title says, changing….

My teacher says I ABUSE the comma (,) too much in my summary writing, haha.

Thanks all of you who still continued to patronize my blog even after I’ve been M.I.A for so long, I wouldn’t come back to my blog if I wasn’t me, you guys are the best.

It was fun.

I have never missed a country I went for holiday before, except New Zealand because it was with school. I really really wanted to stay a few more days in hokkaido, i’m saying,”I don’t wanna go back to Singapore.” Most of the other time I would say,”screw this country, I wanna go back to Singapura.”

I have gone to China and……………Shit, I can’t think of anymore…….oh yes, malaysia, indonesia, thailand, vietnam, India, Australia.

Apparently my parents love china, “so much different culture” they say. It seems I’ve only travelled within Asia, is Australia a part of Asia? Its like smack alone in the middle of some sea.

On group tours, its always old people or adults, most of it is old people, they like the old stuff in china.

I went to Tibet in china, my parents forced of course, which kid would want to go to some place where the cold cuts into your bones, its like -200 degrees there.

This particular tour had about 11 kids (below 16), including me. Of course, its Japan.

It was the first time i’ve ever seen snow, it was cool, way better than rain, its water, in solid form………hmm……..what form is snow in actually?

The temp was 0 degrees, awesome temp, just have to wear 2 layers of clothes. And because you have to wear more clothes, more chance to style, and Japan is stylish.

Most awesome thing about japan is of course the girls, they are the most prettyful….really prettyful. we shopped in this department store like OG, almost all the salesgirls were pretty, guy heaven much. You want a hot girlfriend? Go to JAPAN.

But all, I really mean ALL the girls dye their hair brown, either all of it or highlights, light or dark, its brown, its looks good on them though.

Snow games were DAMN FUN, adrenaline rush, like sitting on a snow sled or those swimming tubes and sliding down a slope of snow, way different from the wanna-be snow city. The most awesome was the snow mobiles, its a poly-wheeled motorcycle that you ride on snow, AND YOU DON’T NEED A DRIVER’S LICENSE.

The people there don’t speak english so I had fun speaking in Japanese, sometimes I would talk crap like the header, which has no meaning.

One of the most cutest thing is that when they answer the phone, they say “moshi-moshi?” Its “hello” in jap I think.

I didn’t really do a good job in describing the trip, but anyway its was awesome.

Its the rush hour, and bus drivers choose to drive a one layer bus. Why don’t they drive the one layered buses during off-peak hours and the double layered ones during the rush hours.

The entire bus was so full, every inch of the bus was stood on.

I stood beside the seat directly behind the bus driver, where an old lady was sleeping, her hand resting on the bag that occupied the seat beside her.

Bus driver came to a sudden stop, I fumbled and probably softly knocked the old lady. I immediately turned to say sorry, she smiled, her blurry eyes squinted telling me it was okay and then pointing at the small space between her and her bag, “yandao, want to squeeze in with me?”

SIAL LAH, I was kinda freaked out, not sure if it showed on my face, I replied, “no no no its okay “

Then she laughed and said, “don’t worry lah, I’m old enough to be your mother.”

More like my grandmother.

Instead of performing beautiful passes, runs, skill, everytime they got the ball they just rammed straight ahead into the wall of opposition waiting to pull them down onto the floor, and more and more people will jump onto the poor guy holding the ball, literally crushing him, creating a man-pyramid of 10 or more people, similar to the singaporean ‘tau pok’ that is performed in schools on birthdays or for no particular reason.

Amazingly they get the ball out of the orgy and a teammate gets the ball and again rams ahead into another wall of men, getting pulled down by the shorts, and guys weighing 80kg from the previous orgy will disperse and jump into the new orgy created 3meters away.

orgy is such a weird yet fun word to use, it means a boisterous, rowdy party, so don’t judge me, to some extent I used it correctly.

I just wiki-ed rugby rules, it states throwing the ball forward is not allowed.

well then just KICK the ball forward and a teammate goes to claim it, run without anyone in front, BOOM, touchdown. You don’t have to continuously bang and bang and bang and bang into every guy that sees you with the ball.

And they say soccer with 22 people chasing 1 ball is senseless, they should watch rugby.

Well I may be wrong about it….but its still amusing on my teevee.
